Thrice is one of those bands that when they do covers, they put their own spin on it and it usually turns out pretty damn good. A long while back during their Beggars era, they released their version of The Beatles “Helter Skelter.” It’s a very rockin version and the arrangement is definitely Thrice through and through. Take a few moments and dig into this gem!
The other day I was hanging out with a friend and I presented him with a question, who are the best UK bands of all time. So, we sat there for a few minutes and created a list that pretty much sums up the best bands from the region. There are so many bands from that area but, the impact the ones on this list had made them the standouts. This list is in no particular order as well. And your input is always greatly appreciated to make this list complete.

I remember the first time I heard Spineshank’s version of “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” from their first album Strictly Diesel. I was absolutely mortified. And this is coming from someone who isn’t much of a Beatles fan at all. I’d also like to mention that I really do like Spineshank. Especially their albums The Height Of Callousness and Self Destructive Pattern, but this is just bad! So without wasting anymore time writing anything, take a listen and you’ll hear why this is one of the worst covers ever.
